New Hyundai Santa Fe spy pics

Hyundai Santa Fe will soon receive the carmaker’s ‘fluidic sculpture’ makeover and here is the proof. These spy pictures posted on the Hyundai-blog clearly show the design changes on the new Santa Fe.
The front styling is now more in-line with Hyundai’s global family of models. The headlights mimic the ones seen on the new Verna. It also gets Hyundai’s traditional heaxagonal grille which is quite similar to the upcoming Sonata. However, it looks like the grille gets a slight overdose of chrome.
The overall-aggressive looking front styling is complimented by a thick bumper and larger fog-lamps and LED-driving lights incorporated in the fog-light housing. The aggressive styling continues on to the sides with flared wheel arches, huge ORVMs, a prominent beltline and an upward-swooping window line. At the rear, the SUV gets reworked LED tail-lamps and redesigned tail-gate and bumper.
There are no details on the engine as yet. We expect Hyundai to reveal the production-version of the new Santa Fe at the New York Auto show.
