Volkswagen Rocktan
The Rocktan crossover will be built on the Maruti Suzuki SX4 platform. The mini SUV will be equipped with a 1.4-litre TSI petrol engine and a 1.6-litre and 2.0-litre TDI diesel engine. Volkswagen Rocktan will also compete with models like the Nissan Juke and the Toyota Urban Cruiser. The Rocktan will fill the gap between CrossPolo and the Tiguan in VW's range.
Expected Launch Date: Late 2011
Estimated Price Tag: Rs 12 Lakh
